We believe in the quality of our products so much that if you are not 100% satisfied with any product purchased from our website, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase date. All returning items must be less than 30% used to qualify for a refund (because if you truly didn’t like the product you wouldn’t use more than 30%). We will NOT give refunds for any items that are more than 30% used.

RETURN POLICY

All requests for refunds and returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Customers are responsible for shipping any returned product back to us unless you received the wrong item or just wish to exchange (See Exchanges/wrong item below).

Return Checklist:

  • All returning items must be unopened, in original packaging or less than 30% used to qualify for a refund.
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the package along with order number or the original packing slip.
  • All return shipping postage costs must be paid by the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • We recommend using UPS, FedEx or USPS to ship your returned product(s) back to us.

 

REFUND POLICY

We issue all refunds via check by mail. After we receive your return and verify the contents, we will process your refund and send out your check. Please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive your return for you to receive your check.

Did we screw up and shipped you an incomplete order? If your order is incomplete or you are missing products please do not worry! We will fix any mistakes or issues. NEVibez offers monthly subscription services for the recurring delivery of our products. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.

Billing & Payment

Your subscription will be billed automatically each month on the same date as your original subscription purchase. If your billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information remains current and valid. If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the charge again or suspend your subscription until payment is successfully received.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum commitment period or cancellation notice required.

When you cancel: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to receive your scheduled shipment(s) for the period you have already paid for, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.

No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription benefits will continue until the end of that billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining time.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, please use one of the following methods:

  2. Contact Form: Submit a cancellation request through the Contact form on our website.
  3. Account Dashboard: Log in to your account and manage your subscription settings directly (if available).

Please allow up to 2 business days for your cancellation request to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your subscription has been successfully cancelled.

Subscription Modifications

Modification requests should be submitted at least 5 business days before your next billing date to ensure changes take effect for your upcoming shipment.
